Orders & Pricing
All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded if an order is cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier pickup.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused items in original packaging. Special-order and electrical components may be non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
Limitation of Liability
HVACProSales.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
Governing Law
