Product Information & Compatibility

Customers are solely responsible for verifying product compatibility, sizing, dimensions, voltage, refrigerant requirements, electrical specifications, fitment, installation requirements, manufacturer revisions, and application suitability before purchase, installation, or operation.

Professional Installation Requirement

Shipping, Freight & Delivery

Estimated shipping dates and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. HVACProSales is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, manufacturers, freight companies, weather events, labor shortages, customs delays, natural disasters, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and responsibility for inspection transfer upon delivery by the carrier or freight provider, subject to applicable law and carrier claim procedures.

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments immediately upon delivery and before installation or disposal of packaging materials. Visible freight damage, shortages, or delivery exceptions should be documented with the carrier at the time of delivery whenever possible.

Failure to inspect shipments promptly or failure to retain packaging materials may limit carrier claims, freight claims, return eligibility, or damage review options.

Returns, Refunds & Non-Returnable Items

All return requests require prior authorization and approval before products are returned. Return approval is subject to supplier, manufacturer, warehouse, inspection, and product-condition requirements.

Products showing signs of installation, use, electrical connection, refrigerant charging, physical damage, modification, missing components, altered packaging, or non-resalable condition may not qualify for return, replacement, exchange, or credit.

Special-order items, custom products, electrical components, controls, boards, sensors, motors, compressors, capacitors, contactors, refrigerant-related products, clearance items, and manufacturer-direct products may be non-returnable.

Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees, freight charges, carrier charges, inspection fees, supplier fees, warehouse fees, or other non-refundable costs.

Warranty Disclaimer

Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are subject to the specific manufacturer’s terms, limitations, exclusions, inspection procedures, registration requirements, installation requirements, and final approval process.

HVACProSales does not independently guarantee manufacturer warranties and is not responsible for manufacturer claim denials, labor reimbursement, refrigerant reimbursement, installation expenses, downtime, or consequential damages associated with warranty claims.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or compatibility.

Limitation of Liability
