Voltage & Electrical Compatibility
U.S. HVAC equipment is manufactured for 60Hz electrical grids (115V, 208V, 230V, or 460V). Buyers are solely responsible for verifying compatibility with their destination country's electrical standards. Read our International Voltage Guide.
Warranty Limitations
Manufacturer warranties are generally voided once products leave the United States. All international sales are final. HVACProSales cannot process warranty claims, returns, or exchanges for exported items. See our Warranty Guide.
Manufacturer Export Restrictions
Certain manufacturers prohibit export of their products. HVACProSales complies with all vendor agreements and reserves the right to decline any request that violates manufacturer export policies.
U.S. Freight Forwarder Required
All international orders must be shipped to a U.S.-based freight forwarder. We do not ship directly to international addresses under any circumstances. See our Freight Forwarder Guide.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you ship directly to my country?
No. HVACProSales only ships to U.S.-based addresses. You must use a U.S. freight forwarder to handle the export and international shipping to your destination.
Can I get a warranty on exported equipment?
In almost all cases, U.S. manufacturer warranties are voided when equipment is exported. All international sales are considered final and non-returnable.
How do I pay for an international order?
We accept wire transfers (T/T) for international commercial orders. Credit card payments from non-U.S. issuing banks may be subject to additional verification or may be declined.
Can you supply 50Hz equipment?
The vast majority of our catalog is 60Hz equipment built for the North American market. Access to 50Hz export-specific models must be verified on a case-by-case basis through our RFQ process.
Do I need to have a freight forwarder before submitting a request?
No. You may submit your request without a freight forwarder. However, a U.S.-based freight forwarder will be required before any order can be processed and shipped.
What products are available for international buyers?
Eligible products include HVAC systems, OEM replacement parts, commercial refrigeration, commercial ice machines, HVAC tools, and MRO supplies — subject to manufacturer export restrictions and supplier approval.
